Unhappy Oil Spray

ok my car SPRAYS oil from the vlave cover seals...so the guys at the "zone" told me to replace the PCV vavle...so I went today and bought one...so heres my REAL prob...I cant find it anywhere that it says it supposed to be...but I did find what looks like a vacume line driectly behind the plenum with a bolt in it to block it off...any chance the people that had the car bfofe took the old PCV valve out and just plugged the lines for it?...the more I work on this car the more "rigging" I run across

Default Check the pic

The PCV valve is located on the firewall end of the lower manifold in the middle. You can see it in my pic with the PCV hose still attached. The hose will go from the PCV valve to an outlet on the upper manifold where it gets it's vacuum. You need this to be operational.
