Exclamation Little help please

I have a 1994 mustang gt, my cooling fans stay on and will not let the car get over 188 degrees. I have a coolant temp sensor fault stored in the car that has been replaced, also replaced the thermostat yesterday any ideas why the fans run all the time.
Also Im getting ready to run the car thursday night, The car is basic stock with a 3:55 gear kandn airfilter, what should I set my timing at and how hard can I leave the line. Running a 16" wheel with 245s on the back. I have ran the car before and ran a 14.05 and 13.96 but any help is more than welcome and needed

Look like a short circuit. Check for connector on the fan module and wiring. From rusted plug and overheated. Maybe when the temp sensor have been replaced there's a faulty connector too. Use Dielectric grease when you plug it back.

Often hard problem have simple solutions.

Hope this help.
