Default Is this Motor worth it?

my friend wants to pick up a motor out of a mid 90's ford pickup truck for $200 its a complete 302 with fuel injection as far as i understand, which was recently rebuilt. i'm assuming since its been rebuilt it was probably bored .30 over. is it possible to bore a 302 out .60 over without coming too near the water jackets? if it was bored .60 over would there be any issues or concerns with overheating? The guy wants to throw in a new set of slugs, rods, and crank. The whole shot, but i'm concerned about the additional bore...... can anyone give me a little advice?

thanks guys.

302's don't like being bored over that much. .030 over is usually it, sometimes .040 over, but I have never seen a stock 302 block make it to .060 over. The thing to do is to find out how much over it was bored. You might be lucky and have a .020 over block. But overall, if the miles are low and was rebuilt by a company you can trust, its not too bad of a deal. The cam sucks, but its a truck cam. You are going to have to swap your cam over to it. The heads are the same E7's that stangs have. My guess is that you will have about $100-150 more in once you buy it. If you change cams over you will need a set of gaskets, intake , timechain cover set and probably a new timing chain.
