Want To Lower My 88' STANG Help???
Ok Guys I Just Did The 5 Lug Conversion With Lincoln Rotors And Aerostar Axels And Put 2000 Gt Wheels On And I Want To Lower My Car......which Will Give Me A The Lowest Drop Cutting 1 Coil Off My Stock Springs Or 4 Cylinder Springs Thanks In Advance

If it were going to be specifically for drag racing I'd say go with 4 cyl springs, but if you plan on driving it everyday or around town... I wouldn't recommend it. I also would not cut the stock springs... Previous owner did it to my car and I just now got the front back up to stock ride... it really looked horrible. The springs were cut identicle but it just didn't sit right. You can buy a cheap set of lowering springs on Ebay for like $100.

I have to agree on not cutting the stock springs for a daily driver. Save your $$ for a matched set of springs. There's lots of choices out there from Eibach to FRPP to H&R and beyond. Take a look at Eibach for a good quality, medium of the road priced set.

Definatley dont cut your springs, I would go with Eibach sportline springs. I believe they will give you the lowest ride height you will find. No matter what brand you go with you wont be upset, the handling is day and night, excellent mod.
