Yea that one line that doesnt come off is a pita, but i let it hang attached propped up so it didnt stretch, twist that pump out, and it's tricky getting the new one in but once you do it, you'll look back and realize how easy it is, i can do them now in a short amount of time.

Glad to read you're getting the combo sorted out... 40psi under load/WOT is good, but you run a dry kit, which is supposed to boost your fuel pressure to somewhere in the 70-80psi range (feel free to correct me dry-kit users)...not 100% sure. You need to hook up a gauge so you can monitor it while spraying, it's a good idea anyhow.
