Post help!!!...the adventure i call my steering colume

my most recent problem is my lighting.....my steering colume has been removed ,replaced(not sure)and nothing in it was put back correctly.....my ignition works fine other than the button that releases the key don't work (don't need it to remove key).....my horn has never worked ,cruise has never worked.....my tilt keeps coming loose(missing bolts)......and my lastest adventure,my lights.....my high beams stoped working a while back unless i pull them into the flash setting(when i pull back they work, when i push to constant high beams the headlights go out completly).........well the new problem is my low beams have been going out when i jiggle the steering wheel....makes for fun driving at night

i am hoping that the lights are only the switch....or the conecter working loose but my next project will be to take the colume apart and striaten things out.........if any one has done this or has any insights for me it would be appreciated.....it's an 87gt....

is there anything else that controls the headlights(relays or such).....i know that the wiring is tied into the on/off switch and the fog switch ,but not sure what else there is,where its run at , or how hard it is to get to it...........sorry so long ,figured i'd include as much info as i can.........thanks
