I have a 90gt and ordered a TFS street heat upper and lower intake and noticed theres a chunk of metal missin on the lower I have 2 pics http://community.webshots.com/user/scrapla click on intake and take a look it doesnt look like it would affect anything but the strength, I just want to know if I need to return it or not worry.

Dam ! It looks like someone went nuts with the milling machine !!
Could be its there for clearance for something but I sure don't know what it could be ?? Yet i can't imagine quality control could miss something that obvious ? If they did then quality control must not exist there ? If I were you I'd at very least call them up and send them that picture or fax it to them and ask who when berserk with the cutter and why ? |

My TFS street lower has that, but it's not bad at all. they had to have messed up in the machining of that. I though they did that for clearancing, but yours has too much missing. i would definately return it.
