Carb and AOD?
OK got to thinking last night I am getting ready to go to a little hotter Carbed 302 so heres my question my car is a 90 model which means the tranny is TV cable opperated...how would I hook this up to a carb?

Go with a full manual valve body and you don't have to! But if you want to keep the 'Put it in Drive and go', there are TV assist brackets available for almost all of the popular carburetors out there on the market. Just check the catalogs and carb accessory listings and you'll find them.

carb kickdown
Go to the webb site for "LoKar". They make a kickdown for a holley to use with an AOD. Using one on mne now. Building a full manual valve body c4 this winter however.
PS: be sure you have someone set the TV pressure with a gage after the linkage is attached.

because kme and EFI dont get along at all....I cant work on it there too much to screw up...I just wanna carb that I know how to work on...

'Nother Possibility
Check out the info on www.baumannengineering.com - they tell you which AOD vehicles came with carbs - if your carb is similar, you could go to a junkyard and get (probably) a lots cheaper setup.
