Default Blower noise?!

It's a vortech V1, after about 16k miles with 5 lbs of boost on the stock motor the whine is not a consistant whine or volume. It sounds like the bearings going out or something, not educated with blowers much so is this normal for Vortechs with 5lbs of boost. It used to be very quiet, now it's very loud. Is there a routine maint schedule these need to follow? I check the oil input and it is clean and good, supplies lots of oil, oil changes are regular, please help. Is this something to be concerned about or is it normal? thanks in advance

Cool

They are noisy,so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's a good noise if you ask me
How much you got it pullied for ?

The main thing for the vortech gettin it's lubrication from the engine oil is,that you change the oil at least every 2-3000 miles. That and check the blower belt tightness thats all the maintenance you really got worry about messing with.

It's pullied for 5lbs of boost if that's what your asking. I just thought it was abnormal to go 15k miles with no difference in noise or loudness and now all of the sudden it changes. How tight should the belt be? I mean it's tight right now but I can move it a little with some good pressure.
