B or E?
I am putting in a 347 short block and will be running Twisted Wedge heads. The engine comes with a free B or E cam? Which would work better. Also I have to stay low lift due to valve clearance. Does anyone think I will have a problem with clearance on either of these cams with 1.6 rockers?

What does your car run at the track? I would like something bigger but it would cost me so much more money? With the heads I'm running. Thanks for the reply.

I just finished my car about a month ago. I am still goin to do some upgrades before I get it to the track. Such as a new TF intake and TB. If you do get tight on money and cant get one custom made then I would definiatly go with the B. I love it.

The B OR E cam is way too small for a 347 stroker motor.A better "off the shelf cam" would be the X303 cam.
For the best combo, you would be better off getting a custom ground camshaft. If it was ME,this would be the route I would take. ------------------ Paxton Blown 87GT ICQ#112698436 |
