Smog Demons?
What smog parts can be removed to help power? And how should I go about removing them?

You can remove the smog pump, some metal lines that run to the back of the heads. Buy the plugs from Ford to plug up the back of the heads for like a dollar. Then the pipe that runs and connects to the H-Pipe....

The power gained is minimal. If you do it, swap out your exhaust. If you don't the stock cats will clog early.
