How fast? stupid kid.....
Ok, there is this dumb kid at my school who thinks his mustang runs low 12s. He has a 91LX hatch with the following: 3.73 rear, T5, longtubes, off-road H, some cat-back, underdrives. Now, I want to know what you guys/gals think this car would run. My guess is mid 13s.
I'm glad this guy got a stang, he used to drive a semi-ricy japanese car, and this stang is the 3rd car that his parents have bought him! I raced him once in my 90LX AOD convert. that is stock (read: slow), and was at his door up to 60mph. I'm asking what you think his car would run with a decent driver, cause obviously he isn't very good at all. I know that he has the abovementioned mods, but he's still a lot like a ricer..... On the street, probably mid 14's. Really its rare to come across a stang with that few mods in the 13's.

Well, you've got to understand, his previous stock Civic was a 13sec car. He can feel the seat in the pants performance increase with the Stang, therefore he's running low 12's. Just like my stock 87GT can run 10's, just as the idiot ricer I whoop who thinks the big wing on the back improved his aerodynamics. His wing takes him from a 17sec car to an 11sec car. Since I beat him bad, I must have a 10sec car. LOL

Wait a minute. A wing can drop your e.t. by 6 seconds? I've been thinking about getting rid of my GT luggage rack, now I know what to get. It would be cool having a 6 second car. Think if I add a couple chrome cans I can drop into the 4's? Add a few stickers and I will be breaking the light barrier. Screw Delorians, I'll be able to time travel in my Mustang.
