Question cam/ valve springs?

I'm rebuilding my motor and plan on going .30 over and putting in new pistions. I want to put a E303 cam in but was told that I have to change out my valve springs. I have seen many articles where they have put a new cam and not change the valve springs. Does anyone know what is right and wrong? If I do have to change valve springs what is the part number?

88, you used the f cam with stock heads and springs? I did the same thing and it floated like a mofo at 5300. You might be alright with an E cam. I have heard (read) that will work fine.
