I have just the headlight lenses (not the 6 piece kit) from 5.0resto and they are really nice. Couldn't beat them for $35 each.

IF you want to do it the cheap way, i've heard that you can pull your lenses apart (use a knife of some sort to cut the glue), clean and re-seal the headlight with silicone...if it has yellowed you can use bleach to clean it out.
I've also heard you can pull the outer side markers out and pull out the yellow reflector to make it clear and then re-seal like the headlight. If you wanted to have clear inner markers/turn signals you would have to just buy it. ......just idea since you'd have nothing to lose if you were getting rid of your lens assemblies anyway.

headlamps
I bought my 6 piece replacements from 50resto as well..Before I purchased them,I used some 3M polishing compound and it cleaned me lenses pretty well.Put it on just like you are waxing your car and get a high speed buffer and buff them.It actually works pretty good.
I prefer the clear klenses and it makes the front of the car look much cleaner but it is in each persons taste to what they want. Crimson |
