Need Help Now...
have oppurtunity to buy a "B" cam for the right price...... it will be going in an 306 with gt-40 heads. stock valve size.. Motor has flat top 85-86 model style pistons. Can I run this with no problems with the stock 1.6 rockers and can I upgrade to 1.7's later without having to cut the pistons....
Thanks but I gotta know NOW Bradley

I would be real leary about that, the b-cam and 1.7's comes close to even the 87+ pistons, the duration holds the valve open longer, and it gets close, you will have to measure clearence, you should always, no matter what piston or cam, although im crititizizng, i threw in my e-cam and 1.7's without checking clearence.

I have it...
I have the B-cam with 1.7's and TRW true Flat top pistons.
No problem w/ TFS heads and Fel-Pro gaskets.
