you will need pistons for the canted valve heads.you will need a diffrent intake you can use one for yates heads but you have do alot of modfing to it.there was a company that made a intake called the trackboss but they are hard to find.you will have to block off the big water pasges on the head and drill a hole in the intake face side of the head.i would find a intake first before i done anything else

You know it's probably cheaper to just find yourself a set of aftermarket trick flow heads to put on your motor. Or go find an early 351c short block somewhere. Why don't you just sell the 4v cleveland heads and pay for the machine work to put larger valves in your heads you have now. I've got 2 sets of 4v cleveland heads and it's way cheaper to just modify my Windsor heads or even buy some already assembled heads for racing. You know you can get good money for even bare 4v cleveland heads (the 2.25 heads).

Oh yeah, the engine mounts for a 351C are the same as any other small block Ford. Just remember the 351C is nothing but big block heads on a small block motor. The 260 - 351C all took the same mounts.
