Default Vacuum readings inside...

I checked my car's vacuum to make sure I didn't have any vacuum leaks.

At idle (low idle) --- 25"

When I blip the throttle it dips slightly (2-3") and then recovers quickly.

Does this sound O.K.? I took the reading on the capped portion of the driver's side vacuum tree. I also took a reading on the back of the intake but it was the same obviously.
