347 block and internals for $200
I have the chance to get a 347 for $200. Everything has to be put together though. It includes everything from crank to heads. My main question is I know when you buy a 347 short block from CHP or any of the other big companies they come with some kind of oil control system because they are known to burn oil; i don't know how true this is but I would like to know what I need to do because Me and my dad will be building it ourselves.

you can modify the oil passages for oil control but theres not much you can do for oil consumption ?
which kit is it has the block been cleared thats where most of the money goes.
