Question Springs

I saw an ad for 86-93 lowering springs and i was wondering since a lot of the parts are interchangeable if they would fit my '95 GT.

im not sure if they will fit or not, but im sure where ever you saw the add will carry springs for your car also. its not hard to find lowering springs for any mustang, just look around and find what you want. there is no reason to buy springs for a fox body when you can get them so easily for a sn-95 like yours. good luck, nick

The springs will work but the ride will be crap. SN-95s are heavier than Fox bodied Mustangs and need increased spring rates to make the handling work. The car will be lowered too far which will results in poor handling and alignment plus the springs won't have enough rate to make the car handle much better than stock. Just get some Eibachs that are designated for your car.

I really like the lowered stance of the SN95 with eibach springs. Check out eBay for the correct year and hopefully a good price.
