Question battle boxes

This may seem stupid...but, I can't figure out how to take my back seat out. I looked in my manuals and it says just push down and back???? Is that right....no screws or bolts?

Just grab at the corners and pull up, the seat will pull up, then after both sides are up pull forward and the bottom comes right off. Make sure you remove the deadond material under the seats if you are doing any welding if not it could catch on fire.
