Default 17x10.5 cobra R's on a fox body?

Has anyone tried to make them fit? is it posible?

In the back, yes they should fit. In the front, no.

I have the 17x9's and they rub a little in the front.

I got 17x9-1/2" all the way around, and that took a LOT of work.

I dont think you'll even get them to fit in the rears without sectioning the wheel well...

i have the 17x9's in the rear and 17x8's in the front with no problem unless i hit a big dip in the road. i have the motorsport "c" springs though, which by lowering makes it rub in the dips
