12 volt battery
I'm looking for a cheap replacement battery for my track car. The only function the battery will be required to perform is crank the engine(low compression) and run brake lights. I've heard of people using riding lawn mower batteries due to being their cost(lack of), but I have no idea what I'm looking for.
Does anyone have any experience with this? What should I look for in a battery to ensure it will be functional in a car? A faulty battery charger melted my wonderful Baker, and I'm really not feeling the desire to drop the money on an expensive battery. |
