Default Age Old Question

sorry guys i know this is a question everyone asks but im looking for a set of gears for out back.. i have a 5.0 lx with a catback system, intake, and some other little bolt ons.. it is a 5 speed.. im looking into the 3.73's.. would this be my best bet for an everyday driver or should i go with somehting different? also do the gears decrease gas mileage substantially.. thanks for your help and sorry to spring this question on you guys again

3:73 is about the best all around gear there is. Mileage is almost unaffected - and can actually go up (mine did) if more around town driving is done.

Im with this guy.

I get decent gas mileage and pull 1.5 60fts. Best of both worlds.
