Default 351W with Demon 750 carb Running Rich

Engine running rich. Need to know if I am overcarburated. have
351W small block, mild compression, Trick Flow heads, Hurricane Intake. Still running rich. What's the deal with the air bleeds on the Barry Grant 750 carburators?
