they are both really good aftermarket shifters, anything is better than stock, i think that those are the two best shifters out there.

I think you will find that both get good recommendations. I have the Pro-5.0 and it is awesome (I have not used the tri-ax). As mentioned, either one will be WAY better than stock.

I have the Steeda tri-ax and love it......it is very solid and I havent missed 3rd since I bought it.
Like they mentioned though both are excellent shifters.

PRO 5 0
I recommend the PRO 5 0 only because I can do so based on my personal experience with it.
I've had mine for four years and I love it. Solid as a rock and makes driving a Mustang V-8 even more fun, if that's possible. I'm sure the Steeda is equally impressive but I can't offer a personal recommendation as I can for the PRO 5 0 shifter. Either way, you won't go wrong. |

I know the Tri-Ax has a great spring to 3rd... Does the Pro 5.0 have good spring to 3rd?
