Default tightening Koni strut nut tips...

I can't tighten the nut on my Koni struts. I have the car jacked up under the a-arm until the tire is just barely off as per instructions.

I used a 1/4 inch allen wrench to secure the nut to a point where it is flush with the top of the strut bolt.

Any tips on getting it down a little more???
thanks in advance...
