Post how to run my belt?

i was wondering on how i should run my belt i have manual steering, no ac, no smog? do i need to buy a older water pump? or which way does it run? thanks everyone

1992 5.0 engine, 2031 cam,trickflow intake, 24lbs injectors, 75mm promass air, crane 1.7 roller rockers, mac- equal headers, off-road hpipe, cat back exhaust, 3.55's w/disk, hurst shifter, t-5, NOS sportsman fogger setup w/8 wet foggers in a 1" spacer between upper and lower.

I put the power steering back on, but I had the same set up before. I drilled another hole in the alternater bracket, so I could rotate the tensioner, so the tensioner would be pulling up on belt, instead of pushing down. Hardly any belt surface was touching water pump, but it was good enough, plus the belt was extremly short.
