testing antifreeze acidity w/ voltmeter?
i know you dip the voltmeter (+) probe in the antifreeze and the (-) probe to a good ground. you can then determine the acidity of the antifreeze based on the voltage. can someone tell me what voltage levels to look for? is this the right way?

Re: testing antifreeze acidity w/ voltmeter?
.5v or less. It doesn't check for "acidity" as such, just lets you know if the corrosion inhibitors are shot or not.
