Default a little help please

what lowering springs do you think are the best, Eibach pro kit, QA1, ford, etc..

question 2. can i fit a 1'' manifold spacer between my gt-40 manifold and still clear the stock hood. i would check but my motor is apart so i cannot.

You more than likely will have clearance issues with the stock hood.

If you are a drag racer dont put lowering springs on your car. Try some 4 cylinder mustang springs if all you want to do is lower your car.

If you dont care about drag racing then. I loved my BBK drop springs I used to have.

But in IMO when possible go with ford parts.
