Default My buddy's 92 GT died on his way to work..

Hey guys! My friends 92GT died on his way to work. It tries to turn over but won't. He said the he's getting power to the coil but nothing after it. We seem to think it's either his 2 month old Distributor (reman!), pickup coil, control module, or possibly a faulty link on his solonoid. All of this is new.
Can anyone think of anything else? He's replaced everything on that car and it's like brand new!

Oh yeah, he tried a new coil.

Okay, the engine won't turn over, so that's isolating the problem to the battery, starter, starter solenoid, cables, and ignition switch.

Whoa, whoa....okay, if the engine's not turning over, then how is he supposed to get spark? I think you've incorrectly reported exactly what the car is doing. If the engine turns over, that means that the starter is engaging and spinning the engine. If there's no spark, then that's a completely different ballgame. As to "getting nothing after the coil," I'm assuming you mean that there is no ignition occurring. Are you sure that the coil wire is good? Is there ground switching occurring across the ignition coil?
