Post ****** ...now it just dies...(long)

Ok a little background on the problem. It has died 7 times since mid summer, but ONLY when idling, or right before I come to a stop. It just plain shuts off, with no sputtering at all. Now twice in the past week, I hear the fuel pump prime when I'm about to start it for the first time that day, but it just cranks over and over. Before, when it died, it fired right back up. I looked at my FP gauge and it was holding pressure at the time, so I dont think its a fuel pump. If the fuel pump quits, it'll sputter a bit before it dies, and not just cut off all at once. I have a 155 now, and got a new 255 sitting on my desk anyways. I also put in a brand new motorcraft TFI module after the 3rd time it did it, so it wasnt that. Has anyone heard of a PIP in the distributor...I think I heard of it as a primary ignition pickup. The ignition is a 6 month old msd6a and blaster coil. Also my cruise still works, so it isnt the speed sensor messing up I dont think. I'm almost positive it's something electrical, and it's getting worse. Can someone tell me what grounds to check? Maybe one is loose or corroded. Also I havent pulled any codes that partain to this. Someone please help before this leaves me at a very uncomfortable 70 mph when it shuts off. Thanks.

Did you use the rubber bushing that MSD provided? I didn't and My MSD 6AL did some weird stuff, I think all the bumps knocked a wire loose in the BOX itself. disconect it and see if it happens again?

Thanks for taking the time to respond, since everyone is so caught up in that other stupid thread going on. You mean a bushing that goes on the back of it where you mount it? I dont remember it having one or even being with the kit, and its dark now so I'm too lazy to get a light and go look. Good idea though, but I hope thats not the problem.
