i think my 2nd gear synchro might be gone it doesnt want to shift into 2nd very good can you buy just that one gear and synchro or could it be something else wrong with my tranny

You can buy the 2nd gear syncro but in reality, you probably need to do more work than that, especially with all the ground metal in the bearings from the syncro.

You will want to buy the whole kit since you are gonna replace the 2nd gear anyway. That's a lot of work just to replace one synchro and then have 3rd go out on you next week.

the rest of the tranny works great 2nd still works it just grinds at high rpm
