![]() Always remember you get what you pay for...
What brands of h-pipes you lookin at? Far as size of the h-pipe your lookin at,a 2 1/2 h-pipe will be just fine,no need to get the 3 inch. |

![]() Don't skimp on it. I bought one of the cheapest ones at the time (Pasesetter) and it doesnt fit very good at all. It was a pain to get in the first time, and was a pain to take out and re-install the 3 times that I've done it.
One area mine has clearance issues with is the collector plates on both sides. BBK's and MAC's are ones that I've heard fit really well and go in and out fairly easily. good luck, -Drew

![]() As far as size, I would get the 2.5 inch H or X-pipe...
If you're not wanting to spend alot of dough that's fine with me, just keep in mind that if you plan to keep your stang for a long time, spend the extra money and buy a stainless pipe rather than the cheaper aluminized tubing, the Macs have some type of coating on them that holds up okay. I ran a powerchamber by mac that was nice, I now run a stainless bassani 3" Xpipe |
