Default t-5 to tremec???

ok my buddy had a stock t-5 and blew 3rd gear so he went and got a tremec gear set to put in it can u get that done with all tremec gears ?? if so where and ruff cost to get it

The Tremec uses a different case, so it won't fly.

You can swap out the intenals to update it to a World Class T-5...

He may have meant the super duty gear set. That should fit in a non super duty trans. Tremec has also bought the rights to the T5 so really a T5 is a tremec now.

Yeah Eric I think anybody who works on their own Mustang knows a T5 is different from a Tremec.
