I cant get my light on my spoiler to work. I tried replacing the bulb and that still didnt work? Does anyone know why these would quit working???

If you have a tester use it to check for continuity. I would be wiiling to bet it is due to a poor ground. Trace the ground wire to the body, remove , clean it and replace.

I have tried tracing it but it disappears into the spoiler so i dont know where it goes to. Do you have any ideas?

The wire must tie into or near one of the brake lights. Inside the spoiler, inside the trunk lid and then follow the hinge or wire harness for trunk light. Finally to the brake light harness. Connect the tester in the 3rd brake light bulb socket and the other end on something metallic on the car--unpainted surface. If the light works then the problem is indeed the ground. Seems to me that the area must prone to breakage would be where it enters the trunk from the body caused by repeated use of opening the trunk. Worst case scenario is to run a new wire from the 3rd brake light to one of the brake lights. Hope this helps.
