Default need help, fustrated

when i first started modifing my mustang i added a kn filter and flowmaster mufflers and ran a 15.5 and 15.6 then i added 3:73 gears, h-pipe n/c, msd coil, 9mm wires,b&m shift kit and still ran the same then i added some slicks and ran worse 15.8. then i added c.a.i, 65 tb, headers , fpr, e-cam, pulleys, and several other cheap and free mods, with the slicks and still running in the 15.3-15.5 range i put the purple oil played with the timing up and down with diffrent fpr settings and still the same times. but when i use the nitrous with the right timing, tune up, right tire psi, full bottle it takes me to 13.7. my question is with out the n2o shouldnt i be running way lower than 15.3 on all motor with this mods?
i havn't done anything to my computer yet could this be the problem to take advantage of all the mods?
the motor has 118k.
any help will be appreciated

Well, where are you at in tx? if your close by, i should get together with you and see what you got there, i dont want to sound like a know it all........When you changed your timing, did you remove the spout? sorry, but i know people that brought me their car with the timing at 6*....

you said you ran slower with slicks, if you have an aod with a stock stall, that is your culprit, you need a bigger stall converter to take advantage of slicks, the shift kit wont do it.
with the e-cam, you just killed more lowend torque, that you need to get out of the hole on slicks.
If you had a 5spd, and a good 60' you would probaly be in the low 14's..... 14.8's stock 95 5spd........
btw, with stock heads, you wont see any noticeable power with tb's, cams, ect.....good luck

You do have an aod 95, one of the heaviest of the stangs, thats another thing, try and lose some weight out of your car.......

i live in mcallen so if you ever come on over to the edinburg track let me know. i have taken all those things into acount, the stock heads the stock aod, its just that i have seen mustangs with just exhaust work and and simple bolt ons drop in et more than what i have. also the aode that i have is from a v-6 mustang, cause i had already rebuilt the original once and after a year it went out again and to save money i just got a use one from a v6 wish i think runs better cause the v6 aode have a lower gear ratio

well im thinking your 60's ft's are not looking good, are they? thats where you might need to improve, you might try dragradials so you wont bog as much, while you had the aod out, you should have slammed in a stall, but i understand not everyone has the funds, i sure dont at the moment, me needs a tremec

with out the n2o, with or without the slicks my 60 ft is 2.2 cause i aint got enough low end to take advantage of them especially with the e-cam. with the n20 with the slicks at 18psi the 60ft is 1.8 it dosnt bog when i use the n2o. if i warm up the tires good i get some awsome traction my front end lifts up a bit(not the tires) im proud of the car when it does that and thats when it take me to the 13.7
but if i go on all motor i want to cry when i see my time slip

geez, i bet it's hot down there in mcallen.
one thing i am a true believer in, is losing the front swaybar, at least take it off for track runs, it can be a pain to put back on, i just left mine off, i dunno about a 95, but on my car i gained tons of traction on street tires by doing this, the front end really lifts up...........
