hood separation recall, fix an eyesore!
Has anyone else got their stock hood fixed due to the sepration recall? I had mine done two or three years ago, but never checked to see what was done. The other day I pulled out that insulation under the hood and discovered two ugly holes(6" by 2") filled with glue. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this so called "fix" by Ford. It looks like the biggest hack job. I'm going to write to Ford and tell them how awful it looks and demand satisfaction. I'll post some pictures if anyone wants to see.
