Default tranny experts, help!

I found a t45 transmission for a good price. It's from a 99 cobra and my car is a 95 GT. Does anyone know if that will bolt up or will I have to get a different bellhousing, etc. Also, is the T45 a good transmission, I don't really know much about it. Thanks, Jason.

No, the 4.6 mod motor transmissions (T45s) will not work on the Windsor engines.
