Default Sway bar VS oil pan

i have a 1979 mustang ghia that originally came with a turbo 4. My father put 1969 351w in it back in the 80s, the problem i am having is that when he did it he had to lower the front sway bar to accomodate for the oil pan. It works fine but the problem is that it handles school bus, and it renders any suspension modifications useless. He told me that he remembers putting on a different oil pan for the swap, but it was more than 20 years ago so hes a little short on details. Is there any relocation kit or oil pan that would make it possible to make the car handle like a mustang should? Or do i need a new k-member im just out of ideas?
Thanks for your help -mike

i believe that the 4cylinder sway bar mounts are different from the v8 mounts. the v8 mounts, i think, are lower than the others. i need to fix that problem on mine, also.

anyone, if i'm wrong, correct me please
