Post Injector guys help!

well i posted a topic about a ticking noise i heard after leaving the track, everyone suggested i check for an exhaust leak, well i pretty much cleared up any exhaust leaks that were noticable, now i put a big screwdriver to both valvecovers and it seems normal, no real loud ticks, i put a screwdriver on one of my injectors and that seems to be it, i can hear the tick in sync with the noise im hearing.

What could cause this, they all seem to do it, is it normal? maybe the noise has been there and i just now noticed? i know my fuel filter needs replacement, and im always cruising around with an empty tank, i know aint good, so anymore opinions? maybe time to step up to some 24#'s since i will have edelbrock heads bye next year i hope....thnx

Also should i get a FPR?

Injectors tick. Excessive noise means they are starting to stick. My 24 lb Ebay specials were noisy, and about 6 months later one stuck wide open. A good way to wash out a cylinder.

Replace them now before you have problems.
