Default vaccum lines

I have a question about the vaccum lines. The pipe with the 3 other pipes coming from it, what vaccum lines connect onto it? And then there's this other pipe thing that is on the passenger side of the intake near the back of the intake....there's a hose that connects from one side to the intake and then what....what connects on the other side? There's also some small pipes that are both sides of the crossover from the throttle body bolt base to the part where the intake curves, what goes on those hoses? I also got rid of the smog system and no a/c. It may sound confusing. Here's a pic of what it looks like.

It's the two green pipes and that orange one.
Do I have the correct setup for the dotted red line hoses?
