Re: justin newguy
sorry for taking so long to get back to your reply, but I was outta town for a couple days.I really can't find no info on what intake parts I can use and exhaust.I've never owned this new of one so I don't know much about it,and everyone keeps telling that I should've gotten a 86-93 or a 96-04.I got the one I like and I knoe there has to be plenty for it,I just need a lead on where to find articles on them.I really don't know what I want out of it as far as performance goes cause my wife drives it too,so I don't want it to be outrageous, but enough when I drive I can let it loose.

Oh yeah goodyear1984,what kinda subs you got in there.I've got 2 audiobahn fx 10 1000's in mine with audiobahn amps,1 on each, but am looking to chane out.I designed a custom box for it but not quite sure if it'll work cause I designed it as a 3 pc box for use with 12's.I just won't have any trunk left and haven't quite figured out exactly how I want to mount my amps,in my town we have alot of thieves so you have to be real careful with what you have.

Re: justin newguy
i just have some mtx 10's ...i had my friend make the box for me...what he did was make a piece of wood cut out the same size of the floor in the trunk and made a ported box bolted it to that and then bolted the amp and it pounds pretty damm good and theres still room for nitrous....the key is havin a ported box from the lack of space and being a hatchback...i have an alpine alarm that works pretty good thers like 5 sensors a computer kill switch....yea my subs of choice would deff be audiobahn...i have kicker highs and rockford mids....the amp is a power acustic idk if u have herd of them but there very under rated...i love how it all sounds very clear even all the way up

Re: justin newguy
Unless you get an adapter ($100) from Trickflow or Summit for the 87-93 intakes, you'll have to stick with 94-95 specific intakes. The adapter will allow you to use any fox body intake out there though. As far as exhaust, stick with ordering your year and transmission style for headers and mid pipe, mufflers are mufflers and even the tail pipes from an LX will fit I think. Good luck.

heads, cam, timing chain, valve covers,t-5 tranny,t-5 shifter, intake spacers, clutch, flywheel, fuel injectors, all interchangable, there are alot of things that are not just look around in some catalogs and you'll get the hang of whats what.

Re: justin newguy
Actually the 87-93 valve covers are not suffice for the change, the EGR digs into the cover too much for clearance, I've done the swap and ended up cracking the valve cover trying to make it fit. I was pretty ure the T-5's had different input shaft lengths as well, but I could be wrong.
