Default Autometer Tach issues...

My Autometer Comp silver tach is 2 yrs old and has started acting up.
Specifically, the rpm needle sticks sometimes and fluctuates wildly other times b/c I think a wiring issue has arisen.
Whenever I use my parking lights, the tach freezes. I wired it according to the directions and it worked fine for well over a year.
How do you guys have yours wired? I don't ahve the directions anymore....I usually keep everything too..
Thanks...

Default Re: Autometer Tach issues...

Red--12v
Black--ground
White--12v lamp
Green--Negative side of coil
That's how mine is wired. I'd check the green and white wires' connections.
