94 water pump $$$$$ wow
Does anyone know who sells a performance water pump for a 94 gt for under $180 dollars, the 86-93 is only $100 dollars.
Does the earlier fit on our car. Thanks, John

Re: 94 water pump $$$$$ wow
Update:
Ended up just going with original FMS pump, good enough for first 160,000. I did get 33x19 radiator though, also going to use coolant additive. On the fit issue, I have not seen other pumps but I think the 95-95 pumps have short nose on them. In tallking with several mail order companies that is what seemed to keep coming up in conversation. I did not really pursue it since I just purchased stock type for $50.00 from Jeggs. All performance models were over $100 dollars, will have to wait for summer to test system. Pretty cold here now, low 40's at night. Break out the long John's, I've been in Florida to long. John

Re: 94 water pump $$$$$ wow
Didn't ruffle these feathers, I just had to post that since you stated you broke out the long johns for 40* weather.
On the other hand, if you wanted to use a 87-93 water pump on a sn-95, you should be able to. Even if the nose is longer (which I did not know). They probably just say that just in case you want to use the stock clutch fan, shroud and radiator setup. Good luck with your upgrades this weekend. I hope you and every other gearhead on this board gets what's on the "upgrade" list!

Try a Stewart water pump, they have an excellent website, they make NASCAR water pumps and outflow all the aftermarket pumps including the sacred Edelbrock. I have a stage one in my 95 vortec equiped motor and have had zewro problems.
