Default rear view mirror on convert

Does any body know if just the glass is replaceable in a rearview mirror on a convertible? The housing arppears to be in 2 pieces and I would think you have to remove the glass to get to the light bulbs in the reading lamps behind it.
Thanks

Yes it is. The glass is retained with clips. Just use a mini screw driver to release them. Or you can try to get another one from your salvage yard. Often it's just around 5$ here

On my 88 GT HB i use the model for the 94-99 mustang instead. I rather prefer the look . The plug is different but is still simple to hook anyway. My 0.02
