Post badge removal

how do you go about removing the badges properly and also if removed will there be holes left behind like my buddys F-250 thanks

On the newer Mustangs, there will be holes left on the front fenders, since the badges have attachment pins. On older Fox-chassis cars, they were simply attached with adhesive. I filed the end of a balsa paint stirring stick, so it was pointed. Then slide it behind the edge of the emblem and gently pry it. The balsa is soft enough not to hurt the paint if you're careful.

another way is too heat it up slightly w/ a blow dryer, and just pull fishing line behind it to get it off.
