Question Need some help with parts selection

I have a 87 GT with a stock engine. I purchased a Cobra intake set, World Windsor heads (yeah...I will lose compression) Big mass-air conversion kit, 75mm T.B., 1.6 Alum roller rockers, F303 cam, Crane pushrods (stock length)and more stuff. I think I am okay with everything except the cam/rockers/pushrods. Can anyone tell me if I should be worried about my piston to valve clearance??? Any help I'll appreciate
