Hi there!
I removed a/c and pollution pump on one of my previous cars and
ended up using a 73.0" belt and it worked fine. I had to change the belt routing a bit, I had to go around the water pump pulley
in the opposite direction(hard to explain but all accessories still
end up turning in proper direction) I ran the car for 3 years like that and friend of mine has had it for 3 years now - still works fine. It looks a little close between top of water pump pulley and belt going to tensioner (about 3/4") but like I said I never had a problem. Hope this helps.

Default thanks

thanks for your help but i figured it out......ended up cutting the lowere hole in the ac bracket out about a 3/4 inch square and putting it back on......then of course i removed the ac pump first, but any way cutting the hole allowed a little play in the powersteering pump which when you lossen the bolts you can rout a 69.5 inch belt correctly....you have to remove the tensioner first rout the belt then tighten the powersteering pump using a pry bar to genl;ty pivot it back then tightn those bolts put the tensioner back on the voila your done which will leave an 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap between the belt under the tensioner.
