Default rear sway bar

is it worth it to take out the stock rear sway bar?

You want to keep the rear sway bar on. The front one can come off. When I took the front on off my first mustang it droped .4 secs in the 1/4 and lauched i bit harder.

If you take it off for street driving, the understeer will be even worse than it is from the factory! I added a larger rear bar to minimize the understeer and keep the rear end more evenly planted.

I took mine off and it helped me with traction. I also have BBK lower control arms and Lakewood traction bars to help

I have lakewood 50/50's, SSM lift bars, BBK upper control arms, and BBK springs. I still cannot hook up very well on the street. I don't run the sway bar in the rear for front, but will be putting the rear on to see if there is better traction with it. i also have the subframes.
