Angry My caris STILL in the shop!

My cars been @ the mechanic for over a week.... I miss my car! I'm driving this slow *** car - 4cyl. It runs but its not even safe to drive fast. Doing 90 mph you can crash since it slides a lot at any turn (at 90).

Anyway, I'll probably end up suing my mechanic - he left my clutch wrong, and denied it so I had him take it out and I sent it back to Weber. If they say the clutch is fine, I'm taking my car to another spot and have um fix it right then I'll tell this mechanic to pay or I'll see um in court

And the race I was suppose to have had like a month ago (vs the other 5.0) is off. So that sucks =( Also, I got a new match once I get my car fixed (besides the previous one I was suppose to have ) against a 76 Camaro - 350 engine).

Anyway, the question I should be asking is should I report the mechanic to BBB if he doesn't want to pay? Or should I do it now? He's been cooperative because my boss got involved and threated him with BBB & court.

What, specifically, did he do wrong?

What does it say he charged you for on the receipt? What did it say on the first one?

Take care,
-Chris
